Taller Experimental de Cerámica

In 1964 Alberto Díaz de Cossío founded his first workshop of high-fired ceramics in his house in the neighborhood of Coyoacan, in Mexico City.  3 years later he moved the workshop to a bigger space a few blocks from his house, becoming one of the first high-fired ceramic workshops in the entire country. Nowadays the workshop develops and produces a great variety of pieces, and it has become a school and a working space for ceramic lovers. With over 40 years of experience, the ‘Workshop of Experimental Ceramics’ has become part of the tradition of Coyoacan’s neighborhood.
