NY´N´YO workshop, arte en piedra (art in stone), emerges from the carving of volcanic stone. With this material they make molcajetes, metates, comales, soap dishes, among other products.

The stone they use has very closed pore, which makes very hard for it to be permeated and sheared, thus allowing it to be used without the need to "cure it", as is commonly said. The only thing you have to do is wash the piece with soap and water, and use it.

The type of material they use is not harmful, since it is a natural material and does not contain toxic materials.
