Folklórika

Folklorica is a company dedicated to high quality clothing and accessories for the kitchen. Innovation, tradition, modern and exclusive designs are the key words to describe this project.

The designer: Bianca Bejos decided to start this brand after five years of working as a design assistant in two renowned clothing factories in order to provide original clothing for the kitchen.

Folklorika has a selection of the best cotton and trench coats suppliers, from Colombia, Guatemala and Mexico. Flax is imported from Portugal, France, Belgium or China.

Handmade textiles are part of their identity, they choose canvases from the rebozos of Tenancigo, a small municipality in the State of Mexico, to incorporate into the garments they make. The rebozos, 100% cotton, are woven in pedal loom, the beauty of his drawings have given him worldwide recognition.

The close collaboration between the artisans of Tenancingo and Folklorika has allowed to create original canvases.
