OMORIKA is a brand that manages to conceptually mix the traditional techniques of 6 indigenous communities of the Highlands of Chiapas, collaborating hand in hand with 100 master craftsmen.
Our pieces are handwoven on a backstrap loom and pedal loom; Due to the 100% manual process of both weaving and embroidery, imperfections are a unique aspect of each piece, made with natural, organic or recycled fibers.
This project seeks to keep traditional techniques alive, always committed to the principles of fair trade and respect for the environment.
