Pochote Cerámica

Fermín Zárate was born in Puebla and studied at the National School of Plastic Arts in Mexico City, where he professionally developed his artistic sensibility, which led him to capture a utilitarian and decorative design proposal based on a fine ceramic craft work majolica, in which tradition and experimentation are combined. The pieces are made in the workshop that Zárate founded with some friends more than 10 years ago and that today clothes more than a dozen artisans in Villa de Guadalupe Xalostoc, in the State of Mexico.
