DESCRIPTION
Masala chai is a delicious blend of black tea Assam (India) flavored with broad chili, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, pepper, clove and vanilla bean.
Brand: Padmaum.
Technique: The black Assam tea used as a base is a whole leaf and aromatized with broad chili for a long period of time. Then we remove the wide chile after aromatizing the black tea so that only the scent lasts without the spicy flavor. The spices are grinded in volcanic stone mortar.
Contents: 5 small bags of 1 oz (50g) each.
Care and maintenance: keep in a cool and dry place. Avoid exposing the product to sunlight.
