Shipping and return policies

TRACK YOUR PACKAGE
Once the shipping label is printed, an e-mail with tracking information will be sent to the given email address.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Our shipments are made through shipping companies, with the following options:
Express shipment: once the order is authorized and the bank has authorized payment, and as long as the order was processed before 12:00 p.m. on that day, the orders will arrive within 2 to 3 hours. *Express shipments only apply within the metropolitan area of Mexico City.
- Next Day Shipment: as long as it is made before 12:00 p.m. of the day before.
- Standard Shipment: within 3 to 5 business days after the date of confirmation of the order.
We send the options with costs and estimated times of delivery for your election. The costs are calculated and added at the check-out when you provide your shipping address. There will be certain products for which free delivery may apply for all the territories, and whenever that is applicable it will expressly be noted.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
We give top priority to express orders and will ship the same day if order is placed by 12am Pacific Standard time. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship Internationally to many countries. Please be aware that customs and duties taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. Bazaar Sabado is not responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are NOT included in your shipping costs. All duties and taxes must be paid at time of delivery.

CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel an order please contact us as quickly as possible at contacto@bazaarsabado.com. We will do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, because our order fulfillment process is designed to get the order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

REJECTED SHIPPINGS
We charge a 15% RESTOCKING FEE for all refused packages. If a customer decides to refuse a shipment from us, they are still responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Bazaar Sabado.
This amount will be subtracted from the refund total when received. In the event that the cost of the shipping, duties and taxes exceeds the cost of the merchandise, the customer's credit card will be charged any additional fees that are incurred for the refused package.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Occasionally customers enter an incorrect address at checkout. If you have made an error please be sure to contact us ASAP at contacto@bazaarsabado.com. We cannot guarantee that the change can be made, but we will do our best! Unfortunately, we cannot change the address after it has shipped.

RETURNED SHIPPINGS
Return to sender packages are those that are returned back to us as undeliverable. All return to sender charges will be passed on to the customer. High value packages may require a signature upon delivery. Shipping companies will generally make 3 delivery attempts before they mark the package "return to sender". If there is an error in the shipping address causing the package to be returned, there will be a charge to resend to the corrected address. Please review your shipping address carefully before you submit your order. If you see a problem and need us to fix the address please contact us as soon as possible.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES IN TRANSIT
BAZAAR SABADO is not responsible for damages that may occur to merchandise during shipping, including merchandise that is lost in transit. We suggest sending returns with proof of delivery.
BAZAAR SABADO is not responsible for damages that may occur during care for merchandise; including but not limited to washing, drying and/or dry cleaning.

RETURN POLICY
Want to return an item? Please email contacto@bazaarsabado.com with questions or return instructions. Include your name and order number with your correspondence.

REFUNDS
- We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. 
- Returns sent back to us within 10 days of receiving the item are eligible for a refund.
- Discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for return.
- A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged to all returned orders.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, because our order fulfillment process is designed to get the order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

EXCHANGES
Our items often sell out quickly, all of our products are one-of-a-kind, which makes it hard to switch orders. If you would like a different item, please place a new order to assure you'll receive the item before it sells out, and email contacto@bazaarsabado.com to inquire about returning/canceling the original order. 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AN RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please send your request to contacto@bazaarsabado.com and allow 24 hours for a response. Be sure to include your name, and order number.

FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged to all returned orders.
We take great care to ship your items to you in pristine condition. Stained or used merchandise will be denied for return. Items must be returned to us in resell-able condition. Items that do not meet our requirements will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
All items are inspected for quality control prior to shipment. In the case that you receive an imperfect item, please email photos and a brief description to contacto@bazaarsabado.com and allow 24 hours for a response. Damaged item claims must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of shipment.

RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for return shipping when delivery was impossible.
In the event the return is justified, the returning expenses will be covered by Bazaar Sabado.

INELIGIBLE RETURNS
Ineligible returns that do not meet requirements to be returned, will be sent back at the customer's expense.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Bazaar Sabado is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or shipping fees associated with your return package. Please make sure you ship the package correctly and mark it as a return to avoid customs fees from being charged to us upon delivery

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We do not offer price adjustments on items that have been marked down after purchase.

GIFT CERTIFICATES/CODES
Items purchased with a gift certificate cannot be returned for cash value. You will be issued another store credit code for the value of the item.
UPON RECEIPT OF RETURNED GOODS, BAZAAR SABADO. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY THE RETURN IF IT DOES NOT MEET THE COMPANY RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS. 

LOSS OR THEFT OF SHIPPINGS IN-TRANSIT
In the event of loss or theft while in transit, Bazaar Sabado shall not be responsible for such products since not all products are subject to insurance, only certain products will be subject to insurance when it is expressly established or at the customer’s choice and under their own expense.
